Our Process

From brief to delivery, in six steps

Every program moves through the same six stages, whether it's a single countertop tray or a national floor-display rollout — so you always know what's next and who owns it.

  1. Brief / Discovery

Share your fixture brief, retail channel, and timeline; we scope the program and confirm feasibility.

  2. Design

Industrial and graphic design translate the brief into a concept, refined against your brand guidelines.

  3. Engineering

Structural and value engineering turn the concept into a manufacturable, cost-optimized structure.

  4. Prototype

A physical or CAD prototype is built and tested before committing to tooling or a full production run.

  5. Production

Production runs at our ISO-certified facility, from metal and plastic fabrication through print and finishing.

  6. Logistics

Quality-inspected units ship DDP to your DC or store network, with rollout support from your U.S. contact.
